Not only do we grow Noni at Kamauoha Farms, but we also grow papaya
and banana. Here are some pictures!

We found these two cute trees growing together near the Noni fields.

Now you can say that you've gazed down a row of Papaya trees!
Papaya trees grow quite quickly. Many of them are already
over our heads. These trees aren't fruiting yet, but it won't
be long. The plastic at the bottom of the trees are to keep
the moisture in and weeds out.

Here are rows of our banana trees also. The varieties of
banana fruit that grow in Hawaii are more tart and shorter than
varieties found in South America. Because the leaves
hold water so well, banana leaves were used by Hawaiians to cover
and steam pork, chicken, and fish in
imu
or holes in the ground used for ovens.
Mahalo
(thank you) for your continuous support for
Kamauoha Foundation.
